Finlandic 9.2m² BBQ Pavilion is an extremely high quality, wooden barbecue summerhouse. This light and airy barbecue summerhouse is manufactured to a traditional design using the most modern up-to-date machinery and high quality, 45mm thick, long-lasting Scandinavian timber.
They are designed to withstand the very worst weather conditions, and will easily cope with the British climate! This BBQ Pavilion is deceptively large, seating 15 adults comfortably, and when the bench seats are folded up, it will sleep 2 adults. This cosy barbecue summerhouse will guarantee that your BBQ, dinner party, festive gathering, sleep over, Halloween party or family gathering will be a huge success (regardless of the weather or the season).
The Finlandic Pavilion is a hybrid Summerhouse c/w BBQ Hut functionality… ideal for the best of both world. This truly is an ideal building if you are looking to use it as a one of the very best (if not the best) range of barbecue huts available today. Unlike some other manufacturers, these barbecue huts are made with high quality 45mm thick rounded tongued & grooved walls, 18mm thick timber roof & floor, double-glazed windows, double-glazed French-style door, a barbecue grill c/w tools, and industry-leading freeze-resistant, long-life roof shingles complete with a 10-year warranty.

Quality Construction
This hexagonal (6-sided) garden building is manufactured using high quality, slow-growing, sustainable Scandinavian Pine from well managed, sustainably certified forests. All models are constructed with 45mm thick, twin tongue and groove timber walls, and 22mm nominal thickness (18mm finished) roof and floors. Our range of Finlandic Cabins buildings are supplied untreated. For security, a mortice lock c/w 2x keys is fitted as standard, and long-lasting frost-proof roof shingles supplied to keep the roof watertight and weatherproof (4x colour options available).
Our premier Pavilion barbecue houses are supplied with a steel BBQ grill complete with removable tables and a steel chimney.
Preservative
All Finlandic Cabins buildings are supplied untreated as standard, allowing you to paint or stain the building to any colour of your choice. To avoid degradation of the timber, we recommend using the best possible preservative stain, or top-coat as soon as possible after installation.
Doors, Locking System & Windows
Large, French-style, double-glazed, double doors (102x160cm) complete with a high quality mortice lock c/w 2x keys is fitted, along with 5x double-glazed (102x106cm) windows (2x opening). This Finlandic BBQ Summerhouse is supplied with a wooden door handle as standard.
Assembly
Finlandic cabins are straightforward to assemble, and are manufactured to be a straightforward DIY project. They are supplied with full set of installation diagrams, all fastenings and fixings and much of the tricky stuff has been done in the factory (e.g. roof shingles are pre-fitted, doors and windows are pre-hung). We can assemble it for you we can using a specialist team of professional installers if you don’t have someone that can do it for you.
Our assembly service is subject to an additional charge (please call for details), and covers approx. 95% of the UK mainland population. Please note that we require non-restrictive access and a suitable base/site.
Traditional Sami Reindeer Hides
Reindeer Hides are synonymous with BBQ Huts, primarily because they were used by the nomadic Sámi people to create the walls and roofs for their traditional nomadic huts. The Sámi people are reindeer herders originating from the fells of Sweden, Norway and spreading to Finland and Russia in rhythm with the seasons. Their reindeer provide them with meat, milk and raw materials for clothes and tools, and are still important today to the Sámi peoples existence and culture. Their lifestyle ensures that reindeer hides are an Eco-Friendly and sustainable product, and every Reindeer hide sold benefits the Sami people.
Reindeer Hides look beautiful indoors, as wall, floor or furniture decorations, or outside on a wall, bench or chair, as well as being used to cover inside of log cabins, on walls, floors and seats. Each skin is unique with luxurious markings and super soft fur. The hollow hair means they are perfect for heat efficiency. Reindeer Hides are traditionally harvested then salted in the Sami villages EU Certified abattoir and tanned in the finest modern tannery of its kind, with years of experience.
Currently, our graded Reindeer Hides are available to purchase at half price along with your Grillikota. We can supply various qualities, and they are graded as follows:
- Good: Economy Finnish reindeer skins, with some light shedding. They will be moderately mis-shapen, and there will be multiple holes, scarring or bald patches… perfect for that authentic rustic look!
- Best: These top quality reindeer skins are the best Finnish hides you can purchase. There is no evidence of shedding, however there may be an occasional hole which can be seen from behind or there may be a small scar or bald patch.
- Premium: Take them while they are available, as we don’t always have them! These date-stamped and certified Russian reindeer hides are the very best available… even better quality than the best Finnish Reindeer hides! They are slightly darker than the Finnish hides, and have no evidence of shedding, holes, or insect scarring.
Accessories
Padded Seat Cushions are available in plain brown to tone in with the rustic feel of the Finlandic BBQ Hut, or Blue with White Check as a contrast. Currently we are supplying the seat cushions FREE with your cabin.
Flower Boxes are also available, creating a natural finish to the outside of your cabin. They are made to match the cabin using rounded log boards, and can be filled with Spring bulbs, Summer bedding, Alpine plants, or even a selection of fresh herbs!
Sliding Storage Drawers are the perfect way to keep those bits and pieces hidden and out the way. Ideal for cutlery, crockery, charcoal, fire-lighters etc… in fact anything you don’t want left lying around when the Grillkota isn’t being used. These wooden drawers fit snuggly below the bench seats, and can pull out whenever they are required. Please Note: Minor alterations will be required to accomodate these drawers if purchasing for a sloping walled cabin.
Wooden Table Top will match the decor of your BBQ Cabin perfectly, and is perfect for keeping the BBQ area tidy, or for use as a serving table when you aren’t cooking. This hexagonal table top compliments the shape of the grill perfectly, and is simple yet multi-functional.

BBQ Cabins are extremely heavy, and are delivered on pallets by a large articulated lorry which will require unloading by forklift. *The free delivery service covers most of mainland England and Southern Scotland (Red Zone), and it is the customers responsibility to arrange for unloading. There will be an additional charge if a smaller vehicle, and/or a hand-unloading service is required. There will also be an additional charge if delivery is required to Northern Scotland, Wales, South West England, Northern Ireland or any offshore area (see restrictions below). Please call for a quote.
Delivery lead time shown is typical for most areas, however this is approximate and cannot be guaranteed, so please check before ordering if delivery time is critical. The lead time will be longer if you require an installation service, or if you are in a remote delivery area. These grillkotas are imported to order, and are not made in the UK by any arctic style cabin manufacturer. Please check carefully before ordering, as your cabin can’t be cancelled or refunded if you change your mind.
