A1 Sapphire Olympian steel garage is high quality metal building, specifically designed to be low maintenance. It is made from high quality hot-dipped galvanised steel, which is heavier and longer lasting than most metal buildings, hence the manufacturers 10-year limited warranty. The A1 Sapphire Olympian steel garage is available 12×20, 12×26, 12×32, and 12×38, and features an extra-wide, space-saving, roll up and over door, and a side access door. This Garage also has a very high wall and roof height providing good headroom and extra storage.

Quality Construction

The A1 Sapphire metal garages are made to a high standard from hot-dipped galvanized and pre-painted steel and are virtually maintenance free, All these buildings come with a 10-year ‘no rust perforation’ warranty. Thesed garages are designed to have lasting good looks and won’t crack or warp. The A1 Sapphire Olympian Apex Garage doesn’t come with a floor.

Maintenance

The walls have been hot-dip galvanised and painted, both internally and externally, however they can be over-painted with a colour of your choice if required. The internal framing has also been hot-dip zinc galvanised. The Emerald steel shed range requires no maintenance other than the occasional cleaning of the main building and oiling of moving parts. This will ensure that your building will last for many years.

Doors and Locking System

The A1 Sapphire Olympian has a sliding side entrance door which is padlockable, and an up-and-over main entrance door as standard. The side door can be positioned on any side of the building.

Straight-forward Assembly

These A1 Sapphire buildings are supplied in flat-pack form with comprehensive instructions. The assembly is uncomplicated (only basic tools are required) and no professional experience is necessary. Normally 2 people can complete the job in approximately 8 hours. A firm concrete base is recommended to make a sound job.

Metal panels have sharp edges and corners, therefore care must be taken when handling. To avoid injury, please use suitable gloves and eye protection during assembly or maintenance.

Optional Extras

This garden building is supplied as a full kit, complete with all necessary fixings, fastenings etc., however you can purchase a Hilti Fixing Kit to make things easier when installing.
